Great atmosphere with sports on all TVs including hockey, football and world series all could be watched at the same time. My reuben meat was tough, marble bread slightly stale. My SO had to go up to the bar for a second beer. One waitress with long dark hair stood talking to customers at the bar the entire hour we were there. The second waitress with short brown hair was running around all over serving other tables. The third with curly hair just kept disappearing. Tater tots were excellent, artichoke dip was cold, beer specials great. I would give it a second shot.

O'toole's is taking covid very seriously and putting its customers health first. In order to help prevent the spread of covid while still enjoying a great meal customers are required to wear masks at all times if they are not sitting down. Social distancing is accomplished by having a limited amount of guests and spreading tables at least 6ft apart. Menus are digital, (scan QR code with a cellular device) or you can ask for a disposable menu. They have a huge heated outside patio, recently upgraded to accommodate guest in these unfortunate times.
