The people in the unemployment and I mean all unemployment they think that God they know they have a hold of your money they try to act like that better than you heads to the worst system in the United States
I have tried to call ides on the phone.The automated system just hangs up.How do I talk to a human.I cannot certify.It tells me to call that number but I cant get help when it just hangs up on me.Is the office open?I need help! no$$$ Answers Please?

Office was closed last week. I certified online today
I am working reduced hours and one week had worked over WBA and less in subsequent weeks, however not able to certify now. No one responds on the phone number provide. Can I visit the office to resolve the issue

They are not open to public, however they are taking names and numbers and giving people a 48-hour call back option. If you go to the facility at the front door there is a slot on the right hand side of the door where you can slip a piece of paper with your name number on it for them to give you a call back.

All offices are be appointment only currently. Joliet and North Aurora take appointments but you need to call to schedule to come in. Walk-ins will be turned away and told to make an appointment.

No. Due to the pandemic, they have restricted office visits unless otherwise told to meet in person. Continue calling the hotline or reach out via message/email through website. I went through the same issue. Be persistent and follow up daily.

All the offices are still closed to the public but I wrote a quick message with my info on a sheet of paper and dropped it off in their mailbox. They called back a few days later

You can't your schedule day would be Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday. Thursday and Friday are make up days. The computer or phone will not let you do it just on any day.
