Anyone actually know the number to this place? The dialed number just gives you the Hines general menu. I sometimes need to call to schedule or reschedule an appointment or recently I got a surgery and needed to get the stitches out and I was told by my doctor to call the clinic to get them removed. So I called the number posted here but navigating the menu options doesn't actually give you a direct line to this even when you walk in the YOU SEE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESKS ON THE PHONE. The people at the front desk help set up appointments but they receive these calls thru a special appointment line, no ones actually directly calling the place. Something I taught was gonna be a simple task has left me confused with no results. Tomorrow I will end up going there with no appointment just to see if can get the stitches out. In all fairness, this happens everywhere in Healthcare so im not surprised.

Awesome medical staff. The young man checking us in needs a lesson in phone etiquette. Was on his phone on a personal call with the speaker on. Really. Come on man. The supervisor needs to correct this issue.
