Can’t say enough about Dr Leigh Nguyen and her staff. From the time you get there, the front office staff is attentive and always greets you. Dr Nguyen is professional and listens to your concerns and addresses each one. You don’t feel like you’re just next in line. Open communication and prompt responses. I’m so glad I was referred to this office after my wonderful stay at Baylor Plano. I can’t say enough good things for this office and it’s staff. I’m English speaking. But I noticed the front office speaks fluent Spanish as does the medical staff, if that’s important for you as well.

Are Not accepting new patients with insurance since they are supposedly a low income clinic. 1. Not sure why this is not listed anywhere on the Baylor Scott White website. 2. If you want to book an appointment without using insurance they will only let you book with a NP and not with the MD.
