Carbon Health has helped our family more than a few times when we couldn't get in to see our primary care doctors. They have great availability with weekend/late hours, walk in appointments, and a convenient app/online system which can be used to make appointments, send messages & access visit records. The staff has always been friendly, excellent bedside manner and we've appreciated the way they go above and beyond to help our toddler get thru his exams. Highly recommend.

The best experience I've ever had at an Urgent Care! I made an appointment online which was so convenient. Friendly reception when I walked in. Mae, the nurse, was so professional, personable and warm, I felt completely taken care of. The doctor was very kind, and made sure I didn't have any questions before I left. I will definitely be back when I have medical issues.

I went to this urgent care a few years back due the the location and how easy it was to make an appointment. I have changed my insurance a few times since then and I’m so glad I am still able to come here. They are incredibly friendly and provide quality care. They have tons of appointments available and a great app to keep track of everything.

I had an appointment for Covid travel testing at 9:00 am. The facility opened promptly on time. I was welcomed in a very friendly and professional manner. The staff was friendly and attentive. Check in was done in 2 minutes and after 5 minutes I was lead in a private room where a very nice nurse performed the testing. At 9:10 am I was on my way to the parking garage. Great experience!!!

Hi there. We do take scan. There are 10 HMO's that we are contracted with. If your insurance is linked to any of those, then we would be in-network and they either have 0 co pay or a small co pay, which we would let you know once verified. The 10 HMO's that we are in-network with are: Alamitos IPA, Memorial Healthcare(not Memorial Care), Greater Newport, Brookshire, St. Mary's, Regal, Affiliated Doctors of Orange, Monarch, Fountain Valley and Lakewood.
Hi there. There are a few options...there is 2 hour FREE parking on Atlantic Ave. (1 block from the clinic). There is a parking structure affiliated with the 555 building, but we don’t validate and it is much cheaper to park on the street. There are a few spots in front of the clinic... I would encourage putting in 45 minutes worth of coins or your credit card. (Essentially $.75 or 1.00). I hope this helps!😉
