Exceptional service from top to bottom. The nurse Denise that took my vitals was very friendly and understanding. Dr. Z is a great listener and superb Dr. Gave me good recommendations and was patient with all my questions.

Not a fan of this place at all. I have been here twice and have had similar experiences. I have had bouts of pain that radiates from my cheek to the back of my head for two weeks. They didn't take blood or do xrays. They just assumed it was a nerve issue (never had any issues before) and prescribed me nerve medication without having evidence that was causing my pain. I personally don't put pills in my body on hunches. Total waste of time. I don't like the process of elimination to diagnose me without facts. I could've done that myself at home with Web MD. With that being said staff were nice enough. I guess I'm more a fact based type of person when my health is involved.

This gotta be the worst Eugene care I've been. Front Desk tells you 2hrs then 2hrs pass by then nothing. Front Desk team needs a customer service training in how to deal with sick people coming in.

My 9m old daughter had been fighting a cold and I knew her respiratory was being affected. After being checked in due to her symptoms they had us outside in a tent. The NP who saw us had me undress her and lift up her shirt outside in the cold so she can look at her breathing. She listened to my daughters lungs for maybe 2 seconds and told me it was just a common cold and to keep doing the things I was already doing. I was not happy with that as I felt we were just being rushed out. My mommy instincts knew something was wrong so I begged her actual pediatrician to bring her in. Turns out my daughter had a viral infection and pneumonia! I am livid as this could have been very dangerous for my daughter had she not been treated! Will definitely never come back.

You would have to call and ask them what the cost of the office visit is.
They can look at it and see if flushing it out will help If not , then you'll get referred elsewhere
I have been with Memorial care for over 6 years. They are awesome. I've had 2 strokes,and I've never had a problem receiving care. I see quite a few specialists,and have had no problems obtaining authorization to be treated. Dr. Hirano at Los Altos is the best.
