Cant tell you the service here is anything to do with helping its about ripping you off as far as seeing it. Dont try cause youve been warned. Dont go to this Americas best. They will charge you making up reasons contradictory to the last reason they gave. I will update this today if they refund my money. Along with my insurance which they tryed to defraud them out off my benifits. Update I forgot too let all of you know. They did try and keep my insurance company money. Had to find out after making a appointed at a real eye Dr. Which made me have to make another date to get eyes checked. So basically I was blind for about a month. They never even apologized. Dont go here. Warned for real.

My husband and I came back here because our first experience was such a positive one. This time, however, his pair came out perfect, but I had a few issues with mine and you guys made it good. I just picked up my new pair today and I could not be happier! Thanks to our salesman and also to the Manager for taking such good care of us! Don't hesitate to come here for your glasses. They make sure you leave happy and satisfied ! :))) Update... Its unfortunate that I need to update my review on this store. Had to take back not only my husbands glasses, but mine as well. They had started to develop defects in the lenses in the form of etching and cloudiness. Was set to buy a new pair altogether since a year had passed and the sales lady had me sold on a beautiful pair of frames. But when the manager came over and I asked him what may have been causing these lenses to deteriorate, he tried to tell me that it was my improper cleaning. I felt it necessary that if I was about to spend $400+ on trusting them to sell me a decent pair of glasses, I wanted to be reassured it would not happen again. Instead I was insulted by saying that I didn't know how to clean my glasses properly and to just use water only. They lost a sale and any future business from us. Not a good way to treat a loyal customers. Beware.

The employees are nice but the advertising is very misleading. I stopped by after visiting Lenscrafters, and was completely surprised Lenscrafters gave me a better deal with better (Brand Named) frames. After i told the sales person I didn't want the glasses, because I could get a better deal at Lenscrafters, they tried to save me money by looking at my insurance a second time. I'm sure it's how they're trained, but there was no savings. At least not for glasses with progressive-type lenses.
