Tried calling to set up an appointment and the person I talked to was super rude. I tried explaining what I wanted and they said I was “over exaggerating” and “over sharing” what I wanted for my hair. I’m sorry, but if a customer is explaining what they want from their hair, they are not over sharing anything. I didn’t even make it through the phone call before I was completely turned off of this location. I bet they are good stylists, but I won’t be seeing them if they give off a rude attitude over the phone.
