My appointment at Carbon Health located on Carson and Cherry St (Long Beach) was an excellent experience. From the admitting staff (Im sorry I didn't get her name), but she was so kind and professional. Maricel (x-ray tech / MA) was very attentive and thorough in her pre assessment, and Shriti (PA) gave outstanding care. She listened to my concerns, gave a thorough exam with honest feedback / recommendations regarding my care. I recommend this location the staff / care is wonderful. -KM

From the moment I made an appt I was treated well by a friendly person at the desk. I was seen by the doctor al.ist immediately, had my x-rays and talked wirh the doctor about my issue. She was friendly, funny but professional. I highly recommend this urgent care facility.

I had two issues I’ve been dealing with and was in a decent amount of pain, get to urgent care and they tell me I can only be seen for one thing So if you have more than one issue don’t go here. Then the girl at the front desk looks at my insurance and tells me she needs to verify that they take my insurance(which I know they do because I verified myself online through my insurance company before I went) just for her to tell me she doesn’t think they accept my insurance. Wasted my time

They offer online scheduling, which was easy. I had a bad case of food poisoning, I went in and they processed me on time, I waited only a few minutes. The front office (a girl, Hispanic maybe? Sorry.) very nice and helpful. The MA that took my vitals was also nice and attentive as well. The doctor I saw was great too! Overall, I had a good experience. I would definitely come back in the future.
