I have moved leas than 2 months ago and the main reason was the conveniencw of the elevators. BUT. Almost wvwry week there is an issue with it. Simply doesnt work and nobody can solve the problem or provide any answer. Complex is beautifula and ataff is amazing but eveeything should work well if there is an organization with the community. Think twice before you move in if you think you can rely on these elevators.

BEST MAINTENANCE TEAM IN ORLANDO Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request, have received a very prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing a kitchen drawer, special accommodations in the bathroom area, minor things, as frankly, after living at San Mateo for the past 2 + months everything in my apartment works perfect and I have not had any issues of any kind. To the contrary, this has been a very pleasant experience, one I never imagined when moving from my very large luxury home to a one-bedroom apartment. The maintenance team led by Romel, is awesome. Romel even personally follows up to make sure that the requests are completed in a timely manner and his colleagues, Abdel and Nick are absolutely wonderful, they always make sure to take care of any service requests quickly and thoroughly ensure that I have an optimal living environment. I have also heard these comments from other residents I have met and talk to almost on a daily basis as to how pleased they are with the property maintenance team. Maintenance at San Mateo is second to none. I call them the A-Team, always WORKING, WORKING, friendly, knowledgeable, visible, ready to do whatever it takes, pleasant, smiling, polite, true professionals, I am so impressed with them. Today I want to recognize specifically Abdel who did an awesome job with my 3 requests this week. God willing, I intend to continue renting at San Mateo for the remainder of my years, my hope is that Eaven, Evelyn, Carianna, Abdel, Nick and Romel NEVER leave this property as staff changes sometimes can make or break your living experience. This property has an amazing group of professionals under Eaven’s guidance the community manager and the leasing team in particular I am very grateful to Evelyn who has been extremely thoughtful and attentive to my many needs and Carianna, they are just truly wonderful, always looking to greet and please residents and accommodate our many individual requests. I am very pleased to highly recommend to anyone looking for housing San Mateo Crossings in Kissimmee, Fl. They are all about customer service. I couldn’t be happier!

I absolutely do not recommend living the experience of renting here, since I moved not more than 1 year ago there have been so many changes that basically I went back to living where I came from, there are cockroaches, the gym supplies are broken or lost, the cinema that so much they want to sell you it doesn't work, the control is lost and if you ask about it they make excuses, before there was an Xbox from the company to be able to connect your control and play or even watch movies but they effectively removed it or stole it (although I doubt it since they always try take everything as cheap as you can) the computers do not work directly and the printers do not work as expected either. Previously there was a coffee machine and even drinks in the refrigerator inside the club house and well not anymore... they also told me at first that those areas were open 24 hours in case you didn't want to receive visitors at home and it even has a game room, But it is not really 24 hours. If you're in the pool you can't hardly talk about it but they complain to the offices alleging that it was neighbors who complained about music that can't be heard further than just that area (check it out). The grill, fire pit and pool area is now closed. Making me waste time trying to share with my family who came from another country because my only free time is after 6 and they close at 6. I really regret the decision to move because the fault is always "it's that now they are other owners" when by contract if several points had been established that are no longer fulfilled. Really very bad administration except for the American lady who is very professional. Check why it has a good score, it is because of people who have already lived here and they are old scores or people who, if they take the floor, well, some realtors or administration do not know, they ask you to please give them 5 stars. But well-informed answers are always negative. I forgot to add the gates are always open. I repeat, the only person who really does her job well is Miss Yellow Hair. After months of waiting to have a garage and going almost daily to check if they already have one, they told me "we don't have a list, you would have to come every day" in the form of an ironic joke, they sent me the paperwork to finally have it. And just on the day of delivery after months of waiting and having bought materials for the garage that I wanted so much, they notify me that they cannot give it to me after more than an hour of waiting in the office because it is still taken. Until after signing and almost paying for it, they give me a negative answer. This community is the least professional in which I have lived after years here, it is extremely expensive for what little it offers, it is that it cannot even offer a security system for the Gym and cinema area (which is closed although the contract says it's open 24/7) The pool is outrageous, especially when it has been like this for days, and that dirt and fungus seen is not something of a day, it has not been treated for days

Yes. I actually went there and Eaven was very nice and helpful. They are super busy showing apartments so either email them or just show up.
