Had the misery of living with the mistake of choosing this as a place to shell out rent to for 2 grueling years while a Jasmine Clarke and Ebal Mardy were in control of office and maintenance. Countless battles although rent was paid on time with these two and the owners Grail themselves. Apartment flooded so was transferred to one closer to office after we reached out to owners of property as Jasmine Clarke was far too busy dealing with a pregnancy to do her job correctly. Surprised this place hasn't been torn down yet. No matter what apartment living is the worst situation to place oneself in especially in Florida. We no longer rent due to Mal experiences from crooks like Grail.

Only been here for 2 years and we had some ups and downs ( if you know what I mean).The landlord is not to be messed with. If you need something done it’s done without the slightest hesitation. Never met someone who’s so caring and understanding… It’s a nice 1/1 very big room and living room Beautiful, marble kitchen state the arts washer and dryer ..Very nice place to call home .

Honestly all I can say is WOW ! Never in a thousand years Id come to think on writing a review about these apartments because of the bad experience I’ve had before new management took over ! SIMON KILLED IT !! Apartments look amazing . The environment took a turn to the best . Complex looks 100% better and CLEAN ! Simon is so understandable and knows how to make you feel at home ! Apartments look so beautiful and finally I can say I feel at home and at peace . Thank you for all you do Simon we are glad to have you here and hope you never leave us !
