We lived there for 3 years, the townhouse big beautiful and spacious, maintenance issues resolved right away. ** Only negative some TENANTS are trashing the place, I always saw a maintenance lady cleaning all the areas. around the clubhouse, pool etc. Left it neat and clean. SOME TENANTS JUST DIDNT CARE.

Looks like it could be a nice place to live the one problem with this place is there's too many cars the parking lot is overfilled you can barely drive-through it it is just to jammed you have to fight For a parking spot you may have to park at one end of the complex to walk to your apartment at the outher end. Not to mention if there was an emergency and the fire department or ambulance had to get in there they would never be able to do it. for that reason I give it 1 stars they need to do something about the parking it is horrendous. Also unsafe.

I lived at this complex for a couple of years and recently moved. Although the price of rent was good, I had 2 main issues with this complex. Garbage. Parking. The garbage would overflow from the dumpsters onto the street for days, attracting lots of raccoons and large birds. I messaged the Property Manager, Christy, about this and instead of fixing the issue, one of the dumpsters was removed, leaving only one dumpster. The door to this dumpster would always get jammed and break, so then people would toss their trash onto the ground. The parking was terrible. There are not enough parking spots available for the amount of people who live at this complex so people would park along every curb available which would then make it very difficult to drive through the complex. I would regularly see people drive over curbs to park on the side walk.
