I lived there for 6 years and had many problems with cockroaches. Many of the secretaries are very good, I always remember Rita, Glori and Rosaline who always helped us as much as they could. But otherwise the apartments are very old and not well maintained. And they are also very expensive. But then it solved me for 6 years because there was no availability anywhere. But GAD I am in 1 that pays less and is super clean.

I lived there for 2 years no one ever messed with me but if they are inundated with cockroaches it is impressive everywhere my husband did everything but they never went to fumigate and they did it above and not to mention the stairs that disgusting carpet they never do maintenance , the garbage shutdown or even snakes, there is no lighting or security at all, the Association a regular service I never met the administrator never showed her face 🤷🏻‍♀️ but to collect rent if they are punctual. It is a pity because the apartments are not ugly, they are large and super well located, it hurts the poor maintenance.
