I’ve been living here for almost 6 months and this is the best apartments I have lived in ! The staff is amazing and so is the office manager glory ! Very well maintained complex and very quiet and loving people

It's sad all the mold my friend has to deal with while paying a thousand dollar rent! Their just slumlords..Hopefully the state will take action on these investors collecting money and putting profit over peoples health while they live mold free in their homes!!! terrible!

I love living at Villas at 17th I live here for 2years its great and peaceful and everyone looks out for one another and that's how it should be
