I visited the location on a day i was having trouble breathing and a rollercoaster fever of hot then cold. The staff took really great care of me. Found an early stage of pneumonia and treated me right away. Spent a few hours there but was humbled by the caring staff. I've also taken my kids for various reasons and they've always been really helpful with them as well. Thank you. Keep up the great work.

Doctors are great, wait time is ridiculous and labCorp is the worst for lab services. Understaffed with loooooooong wait times and rude clerical staff. Way below Healthcare Partners standards. They should set up a new contract with a specfications to include staffing levels,buit not with Labcorp. they were probably the lowest bidder with the lowest standards.

I don't know how they have 5 star review. I laughed when I read that review that they are caring people. They DO NOT CARE AT ALL. I was at the counter and I heard the nurse who was disgusted at my prior patient saying "He touched the pen it's so disgusting" and went on to apply the sanitizer. Please do not advertise as if you guys care. That nurse who is African American lady does not care and behaves as if she is doing us a favour by allowing us to see the doctors. She was sitting in the far left of the three booths they have. We pay you and we are not begging to see a doctor. Medical career is considered to be a noble career but not for you guys. It's a pure business. You call your facility as urgent care I don't know how. There is a wait for already 4 hours and you guys decide who will get in the line first. Seriously stop this discrimination and atleast ACT like you care and be subtle in expressing your disgust in front of the patients.
