AND THE OWNER / BOSS GUY WHO BASICALLY RUNS THE BUSINESS ISNT TOO BAD EITHER!! LOL!! HE'S THERE FAITHFULLY!! I BELIEVE HIS NAME IS NEIL!! AWESOME GUY!!! I LOVE HIS LOYALTY!!! I'm on board with Dennis. Rented a truck to move up to Portland OR from Long Beach, This guy not only rented us a truck with half a tank of gas, but reported it as a full tank, told us the DEF was full (26' diesel truck) we had to add 5 gallons to it, the truck wouldn't accelerate had to pull of the road three times letting it coast. Told us they don't provide chains and we wouldn't need them because of the type of tires and the air brakes (regardless if they provide them, he is not allowed to give information regarding whether or not we need them unless authorized by penske which he is not). Told us that we would only be charged for minimal mileage charged us for maximum. Told us to bring the truck back before 4pm on Sunday, they close at 12:30 (ALSO CHARGED US FOR ANOTHER DAY). He declined our Cargo Insurance, to find out the truck took on a bunch of water and ruined a $3000 mattress and a bunch of priceless pictures. To say I'm pissed would be an understatement. I will be copy and pasting this on Yelp! CitySearch as well as contacting the BBB and making sure this gets shut down. I've talked to PENSKE, made it clear to them that if this guy is renting their trucks to rent them out second handed, that he must be following a clause of theirs specifically concerning representation of the company (PENSKE) and being held to their personal standards because it is their name on the Truck and not this guys. Not to mention he is listed as "Penske Truck Rental" their name is in his business advert. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE... ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE CROSSING STATES OR IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE OVERCHARGED, Luckily after bitching enough penske is returning "some" of our money. Now we have to deal with their claims department to get compensated for our brand new $3000 mattress.

Moving is never fun, but Neil made renting a truck easy and worry free. Great experience, pick up and drop off were convenient and the truck was very manageable. I will absolutely use this place for my next move.
