Hi there. We do take scan. There are 10 HMO's that we are contracted with. If your insurance is linked to any of those, then we would be in-network and they either have 0 co pay or a small co pay, which we would let you know once verified. The 10 HMO's that we are in-network with are: Alamitos IPA, Memorial Healthcare(not Memorial Care), Greater Newport, Brookshire, St. Mary's, Regal, Affiliated Doctors of Orange, Monarch, Fountain Valley and Lakewood.
Either way they take you in. I think cost is between $90 to $125
With HMO you qualify, but check with the front desk to see if your insurance is accepted to make sure
