Friendly, informative, fair, and fast.... everything you would want when purchasing fuel oil/ kerosene for your heating needs. as of May 2020, they have the best prices on fuel oil and kerosene out of anyone in McDowell, Burke, Avery and Catawba counties. They actually answer the phone or return your call same day. Ask for Jackie, she is kind and makes sure that all of your questions are answered. I have used them in the past and now that I have fuel oil needs again, I am glad to be a returning customer. After price checking and doing my "homework", this business stacked up.

Be ware of Burke Oil. Burke oil is the most dishonest fuel company you can find. Burke Oil is run by Greedy dishonest people. This company came and took our propane tank without a single call or notification. This was NOT dur to a bill not being paid. But rather because we were Not buying as much propane during times where their LP gas was at it's top price. This company tried to strong arm us into using a smaller Propane tank on 2 occasions. When we did not do that >>> ( because that is how Greedy propane companies force you to buy their product at it's highest price , by regulating how much you can hold.) This company did Not call or give us a chance to even buy propane. They just came and got the tank along with what ever propane we had left. Leaving my family without hot water. And Stealing the propane that we had already paid for. This company is NOT honest. And they are run by pure Greed .
