I had issues with both our cooktop and gas fireplace since the house was built 4 years ago. Since we were not full time residents until last year it was difficult to schedule repairs and maintenance. We did have the fireplace company come out 2 years ago and they claimed it was working as expected, but that's a whole other issue. I suspected the issues might be related to gas pressure so Ford came out to check it, which is all I expected them to do. Pressure was fine, however Kenny made adjustments to the appliances and resolved both problems. I can't say enough good things.
