The cashier, Franny? Please learn how to harness your anger, that is not the attitude to serve customers

The clients are ok, but there is hardly any diversity. The place is pretty clean though the floors are often sticky. Since this place rid itself of its steam room, there is nothing interesting about this steamworks. What makes this place even worse is its staff members and managers. The older staff member whom appears of Hispanic descent was extremely rude and disrespectful, while the general manager approves his behavior. I even seen the general manager threaten to kick out a black male because of the male complaining about how unprofessionally and disrespectfully he was treated by that employee. I have seen them openly disrespect other males of colors, but treat other races like gods for a lack of a term. Do not believe that this is a place for people of to enjoy themselves. Furthermore, they no longer have their steamroom. I received an unprofessional response from the owner or the manager of Steamworks in Seattle. It's funny how apparently cannot scroll down the list of valid complaints about your establishment. Also, you should had taken my complaint as constructive criticism, instead of demonizing me. You are a rude self entitled jerk.

It was ok. The facilities were clean, but a better setting of the space will make it a greater experience. I don't understand why they don't have sauna, steam room or jacuzzi, if they have plenty open spaces waisted in unused things.

Honestly, we get men of ALL shapes, sizes, colors, ages, and from all sectors of society. We're confident that you will be comfortable visiting our club. However, we do host themed parties that are specifically for bigger men and those of us who love them. Every Wednesday afternoon is our Bear Hump party and 2nd & 4th Saturdays of every month are our very popular Bears, the Baths, & Beyond parties. Check out our website's events page for more information: www.steamworksbaths.com/seattle/events
I would hope so. For a lot years I felt insecure due to club z's policy to say no feminine attire. I went twice and both times they accepted my money then treated me like leper herding me to my room. I am making the point and I I'm hope it trickles. What is the fn deal with that? Im sure someone else can relate to how humiliating and awful it feels to be shunned by your supposed like minded allies thanks for trans night. The haven't made.it yet but hope to soon. Peace• E'nom'ele
Our business doesn't offer parking. However, there is a parking garage across the street (west) from us and there is a parking lot next door to us on the north side. Our street isn't always super busy, so there are times when street parking is available as well.
Thursday evenings are usually our busiest weekday evening.
Yes it does, and it's a differen theme every night
Yes.
We prefer all customers check into the club wearing masculine clothing. Once inside the club, we prefer you dress down (get naked and put a towel around your waist, or wear underwear, or go completely naked) while in the common areas. If you'd like to rent a private room, you're welcome to wear whatever you want inside the room. You can even leave your door open to advertise yourself to others, but we prefer you not walk around the club fully dressed in any kind of clothing.
Of coarse bears are welcome!!! And why feel self conscious about anything? I’m sure you are beautiful on the inside!!!
Yes. We welcome transwomen and transmen anytime. Our only concern is that this is a place you WANT to be at. The majority of our clientele are gay/bi cis men but we do have trans customers as well, especially on First Fridays. We encourage and enforce a safe, respectful, tolerant, and fun space for all of our Members.
We're busiest on Friday & Saturday nights. We're slowest on weekday mornings 7am-11amish. But sometimes this varies. Feel free to call our front desk 24/7 to get a real time in-house body count. And our busiest weekend of the year is always Pride (this) weekend. Tonight and tomorrow (Sunday) night will be super busy if you're looking for a lot of variety.
Your question is somewhat vague. What do you mean by "strict"? We are a 24/7 business where men can enjoy nudity, pornography, and other consenting men.
Sorry, no. Our longest-lasting membership is the $25 six month one.
They're very active. Best time is usually a Friday or Saturday night when we're busiest.
Nope
18 years and over.
We've been open since February.
We host a weekly afternoon get-together on Wednesdays called BEAR HUMP. We also host two BEARS THE BATHS AND BEYOND parties a month; one on Second Friday nights (this coming Friday night) and one on Fourth Saturday afternoons. You can find rates information by visiting our website: http://www.steamworksbaths.com/seattle/rates/
We're generally busiest on Saturday and Friday nights and Sunday afternoons. We're slowest weekday mornings from about 7am to noon. Check out our website for news about our different events and parties.
NO sadly the steam room was removed. It is now a large play area with a couple Large screens playing Hot videos. One sling, two large padded bed type play areas and one long bench along the wall. Couple glory hole rooms are near the entrance to this area. I still enjoy & prefer steamworks over the other gay bathhouse nearby which DOES have a steam room and sauna.
Members can use cameras inside private rooms. You are not permitted to carry your phone (or camera) around the club in the common areas.
No steam works has gay movies playing around the building
Today is Bear Hump until 7pm. About 30 guys here now.
Yes. Go tonight. It's the CumUnion party which always brings in a lot of different men.
Yes. If you're checked in as a customer, though, you are permitted to take a break and exit the building to smoke outside.
You're totally welcome to wear your tail inside the club.
We have men of all ages visit our club. From 18 to 98. However, if you're specifically looking for "mature" men, try visiting us during the day. The daytime tends to have older guys while the evenings and late night tend to have younger.
Both cash and credit card accepted.
You can adjust them, but yes they do get hot... Have fun
Our group doesn't have plans to do that at this time.
Open pubic showers 2 pole showers with 6 heads on each. You pay for 8 hours but can renew and stay a max of 16 hours.
This link should provide the answer: http://www.steamworksbaths.com/seattle/rates/
We're about 15 miles from SeaTac. It's about a 35-40 minute drive in moderate traffic. You can also take the light rail train from SeaTac to the Capitol Hill station, which is about a 9 minute, half-mile walk from us.
Both. We have public sex rooms as well as private rooms for rent.
Absolutely. Transmen AND Transwomen are welcome to the club anytime, 24/7. Check out our website, www.steamworksbaths.com/seattle/events. We do hold parties specifically for Trans people on the first Friday of every month.
Probably not.
No. Any government-issued ID or Passport is acceptable.
It depends. Take a trip to our rates page for detailed information: http://www.steamworksbaths.com/seattle/rates/
Yep. We have customers of all races come to enjoy the club. We're at least as racially diverse (possibly more so) than the city of Seattle itself.
Our slow times are weekday mornings from about 5am to 10am. We offer a morning discount that ends at noon, so we usually pick up again between 11am and noon. If you want our biggest crowds, check us out on a Friday or Saturday night or Sunday afternoon.
Can you elaborate on your question. Play with who?
The closets hotels to our club are the Silver Cloud on Broadway or the Homewood Suites on Pike.
Should be. We host a Bear Hump party from 1pm to 7pm every Wednesday, so Wednesdays are usually one of our busiest weekdays.
