We'd give the apartment itself 5 stars. It's very spacious, well-lit, and modern. The area is quiet and we don't hear much noise from our neighbors. At least for us, we've found the apartment well-priced for the area. The amenities, in particular, the outdoor grills are a big plus, and overall the property is very well maintained. Unfortunately we have to dock one star because we didn't have the best experience with leasing and the initial move-in process. There is no one on-site to show you around the apartment or to answer your questions. It was also challenging for us to get our questions answered over phone. It took over a week for us to get our application approved and we were only approved the day before our move-in date. This didn't give us much time to read the hundreds of page lease, purchase renter's insurance, among other details. Upon moving in, it was very very challenging to coordinate internet installation. The internet installation crew needed access to the phone room, however there was no one in the leasing office to give the crew access to the phone room. We must have called the help line over a dozen times over a week's time and received different instructions each time. The internet crew eventually found a maintenance member who could provide them access, however we were told this was the most frustrating apartment complex to install internet in. Upon moving into the apartment, we have a very positive experience. However the leasing process and initial move in was much more stressful than we hoped it would be.

The apartments are brand new, clean, with modern equipments installed. The rent is fair and cheaper than most of the nearby communities for comparable apartments. The maintenance team is very responsive and take care of any maintenance request with utmost quality. Additionally, the lease break fee is just *one* month of rent, which is a very good deal. Almost all the other apartments I searched require 2 months of rent. Definitely recommended!

It's been about 4 months since we moved into a spacious 2 bed 2 bath apartment and we absolutely enjoy living in the community. The apartment complex has a beautiful courtyard with a badminton court, bbq grills and a decent sized swimming pool. The maintenance crew is very prompt in resolving any issue reported through Enso's web portal.

I've lived at Enso for 2 years now and have loved it. The community itself is quiet, has your basic amenities, and is kept up very well. Maintenance team is friendly and always quick to respond to any work orders, shout out to Kevin Hu and Juan Jimenez! The office has gone through changes recently, but the team they have in place now are still as engaging and quick with responses.

You must be at least 18 years of age to rent an apartment. Any occupants over the age of 18 are required to be pre-screened and added to the lease agreement, regardless of whether they will be paying rent.
