We lived here for 3 years. At least 7 other friends also lived here in different apartments around the same time. This is a property of Irvine Company. Having lived at different Irvine Company apartments, this is comparatively an older construction. Given how expensive the Bay Area is, these apartments are total value for money and offer much more in the same price. Inventory is huge and there is always something available to grab. While my stay, I really enjoyed various parks on the property, amenities such as gym, free fitness classes , pool, jacuzzi, barbecue and business center. In last few years, they renovated most of the apartments and updated apartments look really good. This is a vibrant and lively area where you can never get bored. Recently we refered more friends who just moved to the Bay Area and they loved it. Location is great and in close proximity to great mall, VTA, Santa Clara library and the Bart station. I miss this place!

North park is a nice community! Really good if you want to get your family here as there is a park. My experience with the maintenance team has been quite good. They've been very prompt at responding and solving maintenance things. Shoutout to Ray and Steven! Madalyn Hill from the Pines office allowed me to check in beyond the working hours and was very responsive to my emails. My only flag is the construction noises from the other buildings can be heard through some part of the day if you live in a road facing apartment.

I would like to thank North Park management for such great response and for always supporting to help us whenever needed. Robert Truong has been always there to support and provide easy fixes to the issues. He is very patient to listen to your concerns or issues, understand them, and then comes up with effective and easy solutions. He seems to be always determined towards his work and make sure north park residents are taken well care of. I really appreciate him and the north park community for their brilliant support.

Noisy community. I live on the TOP FLOOR and I can hear EVERYTHiNG from my downstairs neighbors, especially their discussions and loud music/TV, and closing doors...All this noise is happening day and night without exception, some days until 2am. This caused a lot of stress to my wife and me due to the lack of sleep. Besides, we couldn't use our living room for a year because our walls, floor, and sofa were shaking all the time. I've reached out to Resident Services numerous times and have sent a detailed log of dates, videos, and audios. I've mentioned my noisy and smoker neighbors are the number one reason why I decided to leave my apartment. Supposedly it is a free-smoke community. I have even suggested if I could move to a quieter unit and their answer is yes but I have to choose a 10% expensive unit than mine and bear numerous items of expenditure related to the movement. Last but not least, cleanness is conspicuous by its absence along with the community.
