Application Approval and documentation were made easy and smooth by our Leasing Specialist @Arnulfo Castaneda Montiel. He reaches out to us and helps like a Super-Man. Suggestion: We need him, @Arnulfo, to handle or at least overview end to end (from application to keys handover) process Other Team Members, such as Steve and Stephen, are also helpful. Our Experience is so far nice. I will update the remaining experience after working with "resident relations team" at 101 San Fernando Kudos :)

If you ever rent from them, be sure not to clean the apartment at the end of moving out. They're very crooked and will charge you a cleaning fee nevertheless.

The fire alarm goes off randomly for the entire apartment complex blasting off your ears for 30 mins straight and management will be like "we can't do anything about it" I've been a resident for 1.5 years now and have been experiencing this about once a month on avg. Update (27 Jan 2022): After your call and comment I updated it to three stars. The reason I am not giving 4 stars or more because packages get stolen sometimes and sketchy people trespass inside. I had a homeless person sneaking into my car in the basement the other day. Cops were called. I hope the fire alarm situation improves in future and I would surely want to improve the rating further. For anyone else reading, the apartment otherwise is pretty good. :) Update (27 Jan 2022 night) - I reduced the rating to two stars again. The alarm went off randomly again blasting off our ears at 11.30pm. This is not a scheduled check by the fire department. The management will say somebody smoked in the corridor or something but the actual point is that the design of the alarm system is really bad.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!SOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!So let me start with how unorganized this management team is. 3 different leasing agents helped me out. Kept getting different information about my process . I was told I was accepted, however after getting the news, another person calling with an attitude to tell us we wereaccepted, literally minutes later Kristen calls to tell us we’re not. Didn’t give us a reason at all and refused to tell us why…... Continued to receive receipts from the after the fact !!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! They don’t communicate with each other obviously. They took a month on my application. That’s funny to me because I applied elsewhere after the fact and got accepted in 2 days &&& it’s a nicer apartment building!!
