Could not find the OM System (the new Olympus) OM-1 camera in stock anywhere else. Well, one other store I found online but they didn't take Discover not Paypal so I wasn't able to purchase. Thankfully Pitman takes PayPal! As for service, the first lady to answer was very friendly and polite, and the sales associate she got me in touch with was also very friendly and helpful. They had one body left in stock and reserved it for me over the phone until I could finish my online checkout. If it doesn't actually ship and was on backorder or any other shipping issues arise I'll update the review, but I have full confidence due to the genuine people I talked to.

Covid fear. If you feel like shopping in an environment filled with fear, you've come to the right place. I was asked to put on a mask twice and declined in a friendly but firm manner. The last argument they used to convince me to put on a face diaper was that an employee allegedly had Covid. My question "Then why is this one working here and not in quarantine?" was not answered and the employee then gave up. You can find double masked workers there with gloves on. So don't be surprised if you call and hardly understand a word. You can assume that every employee there is boosted 10 times.

There aren't many true photography shops left ... this one is one of the few remaining. Run by honest, knowledgeable, and friendly people who know the craft. It's kind of of like when you find a good doctor, or a good mechanic, you don't switch to someone else. There's no replacing trust.

We came here recommended to be the best. All the staff provided 110% service, nice disposition, plus great knowledge. If you want the best setup and gear for your photography and videos, this is the place to come!

Everyone wearing mask and keeping their distance.
They probably do because they have a very good assortment of equipment for photography, video, and printing. Call them during the week.
Yes, that was my experience. The toggle to move the focus square wasn't working. The tech at the shop did a deep dive into the menu and discovered that somehow I had put it into the locked position. He unlocked it for me. Then they took a look at the sensor and recommended an overall cleaning of the body and my 56mm portrait lens (I do a lot of beach photography and the camera there were bits of sand everywhere). It cost $73 and was will worth it, since my Fuji XT-3 mirrorless and lens was $2500 new.
Yes they do.
That is not a saturation problem
Hi Elizabeth, we send undeveloped film out for processing on Mondays and Thursdays at about 4pm. It takes about 7 business days to get it back. We do the scanning and printing in store though, so that is usually same day/next day. If you have old negatives (or slides) you want prints from we can scan APS, 35mm, 120 and 220 formats and print them to sizes from locket size to poster size (same day/next day) as well as stretched canvas prints (1 to 2 weeks).
Best to contact the store directly
Best is a better option
You will need the Sony camera app running on your computer, in addition to tethering cable, This is covered in manual, and you can search Sony camera tethering online
16 but they prefer 18 years or older
D7500 they might have in stock, best to call and verify, also, popular camera like D7590 may also be found at Best Buy
I'm sure they would be willing to help.
I don't know, but they have a lot of things or they can order it!
Depends on how you wanted done, quality, etc.
Hi Mauricio, we stock a variety of Kodak and Ilford films in 35mm and 120 formats. Kodak films that we have both in include Ektar 100, Portra 160, 400, 800, Tri-X Pan. In Ilford that we have both are XP2, FP4, and HP5.
Good morning we don't have that model
They are an authorized Nikon dealer and have everything you could need or want, however they don't do repairs on site.
No repairs, technical assistance and maybe refer to someone who does
