I know this place for years. The place has a good supply of plumbing parts. Prices are high. Service is very poor, the mayority of the employees are rude, prepotent, treat you as you were stupy and they are doing a favor to you. Occasionally you may found a nice person, if you are lucky. Returns are not easy. Unfortunately they know that there are no good plumbing supply stores in Miami.

I'm a customer for 19 year and this place is one of the most expensive place in South Florida and the service is no to good , sometimes the employees have good attitude to help and sometimes not . The reason I keep going to this place for many years because thay have a part from grohe company and I use it frequently, before you go to this place look on line for another plumbing distributor.

I have been a customer for over 35 years. These guys are characters however they have taught me so much about plumbing and repairs. Their advice is invaluable. Yes they can be rude if you are super sensitive but hey, grow a little thick skin. I have great appreciation for them!
