do not live here. it's not worth it. if you ever have any troubles the management team and corporate essex folks will only increase your stress level and blood pressure. I had asked for some rent relief during the pandemic and they had agreed to 10% of about 4 months. after lots of confusion we came to an agreement with Corey (corporate) which they then conveniently forgot. the buck got passed to Cassandra (corporate). I went through pains to explain how the balance was supposed to be over with but the basic concepts of math just somehow don't apply to them and they're able to make up whatever agreement they want. holding my credit as hostage they ended up making me pay extra along. aside from all that drama and hassle, the apartments aren't nice at all. you only have two elevators. the gym isn't that great, never got to use the pool. the garden is not a bad idea but you basically just like like 4 square feet. some of the folks who work downstairs are decent enough, the concierge person was cool. but overall, please don't stay here, simply not worth it. try not to support essex either, i know it's difficult with slim pickings in the bay but do what you can.

2 Years stay was very good. But this review is only past move out. Looks there was no intent from them of returning the deposit back. So they adjusted the charges for the paint and repairs, the apartment was not fully painted while move in and it was noted while move in. I asked for the pictures at time of move in and they said it's your responsibility. Really? If they have photos during move out, they should also have photos at time of move in. Literally no positive response from leasing office as well as the past resident support service.

Bea Park at Century Towers helped me with my rent cafe app and made living here enjoyable. She clearly has Vocational Understanding and is conscious of the community. I really appreciate everything she has done regarding my stay as she has exceeded my expectations. Eian who perviously worked at the facility was horrible and I am happy to see him go. He was rude, disrespectful, threatened to call the cops on me when I addressed issues I had with the facility and fixing things in my unit. During and after the altercation the manager and Bea Park both apologized profusely. I appreciate the resident relations rep because she has exceptional customer service skills along with conflict resolution in every situation that arises. She is the reason I am leaving a 5 Star ⭐️ review. You guys need to do something special for this one along with the manager Raquel. They are a dynamic duo and compliment the facility.

Yet another new apartment in San Jose owned by Essex. Pros - Excellent friendly service. Thank you Julien! You can schedule an appointment or just walk in and they will give you a tour of the actual units that are available. - Great amenities like the nice chatting area in the front to meet your clients or friends. Club house, pool, gym feels like hotel quality (not quite as grand as their drawings, but still great). - Mail pickup area is ready for many packages without the hassle of bothering the front desk - Rooms are nicely done. Hardwood, recessed lights, kitchen backsplash, brown wood and stainless steel look with panoramic windows. They really do a nice job with the small space you have. Cons - Parking. Parking costs $175/month or 2 for ~$250/month. This is the first time I've seen parking space you had to pay for where you live in San Jose. I asked about guest parking and they said people are free to use the street parking, but he recommends Uber. Basically once this place is fully booked, you won't be having friends over. - Pricing is high, but the entire San Jose is like that right? You aren't going to find that $1750 jr bedroom from their website. - This is not a convenient place for Dog owners. Dogs get a shower area, but you'll have to come down the elevator, walk through the lobby, walk down the handicap pathway and across the street for your dog to relieve themselves. - There is nothing around. It has a city life type of feel except without anything in walking distance. You aren't going downstairs for a coffee or sandwich. Other Notes - Not sure if it's sales talk, but they apparently rented out 25 units in the first 2 weeks and any decently priced units are gone. - Right now, you get 2 weeks free on jr bedrooms and 4 weeks free for regular bedrooms. - Only the units that are facing North and up to floor 6 are open at this time. Rest will open sometime maybe in March or April. - Renting the club house is ~$200 for 4 hours - They are building another casino right in front of this apartment.
