The maintenance and upkeep of the amenities is abysmal. The pool is closed more than it is open and management does nothing to compensate tenants. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

I need to start calling the Cops now. The new tenants are absolutely absurd. They don’t follow rules and regulations. I don’t feel safe going into the pool with my kids any more. Loud music, smell of weed and unlimited consumption of alcohol is scary. School District bus has given me warning because there Bus Stop is being used as parking lot and they won’t pick or drop kids if it is not safe. Weights from the gym are also missing. We never had such kind of problems before, but now it’s scary. Management needs to look into this matter seriously. Future tenants don’t move in or you will see your neighbors with ankle bracelets.

Bella Villagio used to be one of the nicest apartment. Ever since the new management has taken over, the apartment complex has become worse. The place looks like a low income apartment complex. People are drinking marijuana, leaving their empty bottles everywhere, playing loud music at night. People bring 10-15 visitors with them to the pool making it crowded. They are also bringing liquor to the pool which is not a appropriate environment for kids. Two of my neighbors have already moved out and I am also waiting for the lease to be over. Can not wait to move out of this place. —————Bad management ———DO NOT MOVE HERE—

Sent a detailed message to the management of the complex and did not even receive a response so I am writing this review. We encountered MANY problems at this complex: our air conditioner broke in the dead of summer and it took several days for it to be fixed, our apartment had an infestation of ants, our truck got broken into when it was parked in the parking garage of the complex- management said they couldn't do anything- no cameras, and we were charged an absurd amount of feeds upon our move-out including almost $200 for painting the ceiling (we never touched the ceiling so not sure why they thought they can try and charge us for that. Very disappointed by the fact that we expressed these concerns so future residents don't have to deal with what we did and management just chose to ignore us.
