Almaden Terrace is a very family friendly environment and quite property, definitely recommended! I moved to San Jose a few months ago and rented an apartment here and I am very happy with my choice. Mr. Moeen, the property manager, is very professional, friendly, and helpful. He is dedicated to his job and always takes the time to make sure that everything is well-organized and the residents are satisfied. If you call to fix a maintenance problem, the management gives you a prompt and efficient response. All in all, I've had ease of mind in this property thanks to the excellent management team.
