An incompetent and unprofessional group of employees staff this location. I simply called to check on the availability of an item, and was left on hold for 10 minutes. When I called back and complained I was told they simply "forgot" What a joke

It says the pharmacy closes at 6pm even though they close at 4pm on a Saturday which is ridiculous. I also went to pick up my prescription the day before and it wasn't ready. Called them asking about it at 5pm and they said the next day it would be available by 12pm... but within 10 minutes I got the pickup notice. Will definitely stop going here.

I have bought sandwiches and chips here and purposefully stood outside and watched the silly noodle customers [particularly the so called 'down and out' unwashed locals] BEING PUSHY self righteous BOSSY AND RUDE to the staff and other customers here while they let it slide. Staff is Herculean in their ability to deal with self righteous local people business people and tourist customers that are belligerent and downright RUDE to staff and other customers in their desire to be first and self righteous. KUDOS TO THE STAFF THAT HOLD THE CHAOS DOWN TO A DULL ROAR!

Went to get my COVID shot that was scheduled for 6pm through their website. I get there and the pharmacist tech tells me that they are closing and that she is aware that their system is scheduling people that they have no intention of seeing. They argued with another person who was scheduled right before me as well before just telling us to go away and that it isn't their problem. The poor woman ahead of me had been working herself up to get the shot for months and told me she felt this just be a sign that she shouldn't get vaccinated. Disgusting behavior from this location and it's staff.
