Echoing the problems with the pharmacy here. Calling in prescriptions ahead of time is pointless, they won't begin filling them until you show up in the store. The grocery side of house has been going steadily downhill as well, with frequent out of stocks.

Yikes. They have an entire "photo" section but not one of their computers ever works. When you ask for help, the staff barely tries to fix the problem and then shrugs their shoulders. The older gentleman at the cash register really needs to learn some basic customer service skills and treat paying customers with less condescension. Yes, this is a larger Bartells, but I would rather go to the one up the street because even though it's half the size, the staff there are actually helpful. Also, this location REALLY needs to staff their pharmacy better.

We don't get paid to wait while you prepare prescription orders for delivery. If you summon us and it's not ready when we arrive, our earnings goals for the day become harder to reach. When you send us on deliveries and customers don't know the order is coming and aren't available, we end up having to return the order at a lower rate (more mileage for less pay). If you're not ready when we arrive, we have to call support for help canceling the order and it can take up to half an hour. We don't make much on these orders when everything goes smoothly, because customers don't tip for scripts. If you're not going to value our time as professional couriers (eg summon us before the order is ready, fail to confirm the customer is available), we (drivers) prefer you deliver these on your own.

I initially chose this pharmacy due to the convenience of the drive-thru, particularly in COVID times. Unfortunately, in the past year, it has often been the case that the drive-thru is closed, there is only one person on staff, and the line in the store is about nine deep with people trying to get their prescriptions - if they're lucky enough to actually have it in stock. Prescriptions are very seldomly filled by the promised time and there is no communication if they are running late or there is a supply issue. I have waited about 45 minutes in line only to be told, when I made it to the front, that the prescription I had called in days ago was out of stock. Management needs to hire more staff (I can't imagine how exhausted these overworked employees are) and look into where things are breaking down in the supply chain. Telling reviewers to call the customer care department instead of taking direct action is disappointing. This most recent rash of problems is not the first and I worry that it isn't the last.

You can get the Flu shot there I know for sure, but call to see if they have it in stock beforehand. I went in twice blindly since they were advertising them, only to find out after waiting 15 min in like that they were out.
Yes!
Lots of them.
