Been coming here for years. Always friendly staff (they still have staff that I remember from when I was in high school and before!) clean store. Good location.

The retail part of the store is great; employees are always friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They’re the heart of the store and give it that small town feel. Good selection of the usual with some really unique items in the mix. Seasonal section is always fun. Average prices. Plenty of parking. The pharmacy is the entire reason I’m giving one star and wish I could give less. Not sure if it’s a staffing problem, the switchover to RiteAid or what but customer service is literally non existent and has reached a level I would consider negligent. I’ve tried to get a refill now since last Thursday and had a question regarding another medication. They do not answer their phones and their is no option to leave a message; an inconvenience for most but particularly discriminatory towards those with mobility issues, certain disabilities, certain health conditions, etc. that make it hard or impossible to simply drive down to the store. I am now out of my medication as I know many others are. This poses obvious health risks. I will be permanently switching to another pharmacy and will file a complaint with the pharmacy licensing board. I encourage others to do the same.

Similar to the other recent review. The quality of the Pharmacy is way down here for the last few months (since Rite Aide purchase?). Avoid if you can, it's super hard to get anything. I had a minor surgery done and had to wait 8 hrs for the post op meds to be ready. Went there 3 times and spent an hour in line in total. The staff there is totally overwhelmed and they are really doing what they can but they are totally understaffed. Anyway I've moved my non urgent stuff that need occasional refill to Amazon Pharmacy for now. The app is much better and I don't have to wait on the phone and in line for refills.

If you are trying to use the pharmacy. This place is a train wreck. Prescription called in sit for days without being filled unless you go stand in line for 30 minutes, then wait for 1-2 hours to get it filled. Pharmacy doesn't answer phone or return phone calls.
