Westwood Village Rite Aid has been my pharmacy of choice for several years. The present pharmacy manager and associates have definitely excelled their predecessors in quality of service, timeliness, and dependability. I trust them implicitly with all my meds.

I don't appreciate that they bought out Bartells because they didn't realize the impact of doing this and I am grateful for the pharmacy staff in taking care of their clientele for going through everything to make sure that they have their medications. I have a deep respect for them that get the job done right

This is the most horrible Rite Aid. Every month, they’re out of my meds. So, they have to order them. I wait & wait. Then I go in & they tell me they have to order it. Wait- what? They already did days ago. Then it happens AGAIN. If I go without my meds, I could die!! How does a pharmacy not understand this? I’m done. Just absolutely done. The Rite Aid on California Ave was always good, so I’m gonna go there & see if they’re still good. This place is a joke, but it’s not funny.

me and my friend came into the store today to kill sometime we walked around and didnt buy anything but we most definitely did not steal. a women follows us out and takes pictures of us which is illegal bc we are minors we then walked past the door of the rite aid (did not go aside) and she came out and yelled at us to not come back and they have security footage of everything when we literally did not steal or do anything bad.
