Decent selection, but in the past year, I’ve been in five+ times and seen zero employees wearing masks. I’m done with this place. Dong Vinh Restaurant Supply across the street has lower prices too.

I would give a 1 star if they didnt have the product i needed. Customer service was Terrible! A woman, i assume who works there, told me, as she was on her register, that "someone will be with you" as she proceeded to leave me standing there, listening to the other person explain something to the customer he was dealing with. She could have Easily logged into her register, and rang up my 3, small items to get me back on my way to the small business im there purchasing for. Time is money, and this gal completely wasted mine as she gabbed with other "regular" customers not 3 feet from me. Shame, i wont be back there for any equipment or accessories any time soon. Seattle Restaurant supply maybe? Or even the joint accross the street.

These guys are excellent. Knowledgeable career people who give sound advice from experience. They maintain a small used inventory as well as brand new equipment. I've been doing business with Dick's restaurant supply for about 10 or 15 years and I'm always happy to give them my business. I cannot recommend them enough

Barbara was awesome I had a whole list of things I needed for culinary school and she was able to email me a wipe of prices so I was prepared when u came in and when I got there she grabbed a everything for me. I was in and out. Great service!
