My daughter and I bought two cockatiels. Jasmine was incredibly helpful, knowledgable, friendly and patient. She gave advice from bathing, feeding, boarding, and even flight training. She clearly loves all animals. Her kindness and genuine wish for our happiness with our new birds makes Wilmette Pet Center our home for any pet related purchases or questions.

They are the best!!

Manager, Ted, was extremely understanding and accommodating to helping us rehome our animals. 10/10 place would strongly recommend for anyone looking to adopt an animal. Just maybe do your own research or speak to Ted first before adopting. Haha.

Same as any other Place just wear a mask and be mindful of social distancing
We do, yes, and in fact, right now all hedgehogs are $50 off their normal price (They're $150 instead of $200). You should come by and meet them!
I'm a manager at WPC, and puppies usually go pretty quickly, when it's their time. Neither we nor Adopt-A-Pet, the rescue we foster for, are able to board puppies, and for the dog's sake they would not be comfortable with them being boarded elsewhere or with a friend. But we believe, after doing this for over 15 years, that it always happens as it should. It's a trite cliche, but it's still true. The right dog comes at the right time. If this is the right dog, they'll still be here when you come back. If it's not, the right dog will be coming eventually. Go ahead and put an application in with Adopt-A-Pet, and list the dog you want. They will probably tell you that they can't adopt this one, but you application is in and when you see the right one, the adoption process happens much more quickly.
We normally have leopard geckos, but our breeders have been out themselves. We're hoping to get some in on Friday. Give us a call and let us know your number, and we'll call you as soon as we know.
The group we work with, Adopt-A-Pet, generally take 2 - 3 days to process applications. It may take longer, depending how quickly they can contact your references (we always suggest to let your friends know they're on an application so they can expect the call.) Feel free to make contact with their voicemail, so they're aware your app is in (always better to have several forms of contact.) Give them a call at 847-550-9690.
We have in the past, but haven't seen them from any of our breeders for a while. If you're interested in one, give us a call any Thursday mornings at 8472516750, when we get our latest lists, to see if there are any available.
Price can vary greatly depending on the species and its rarity, age, and coloration. We currently have a juvenile ball python for $125, and an Okeetee corn snake is $150.
I'm afraid we don't. Dogs are pretty difficult for us to get right now from our rescue groups due to covid. Try some of the larger rescues in Chicago, you may have better luck there.
We do. But we want you to be successful with your pet, so please give us a call or come in first to talk. We have some tips and tricks for you to help slowly intergrate them into the family. She is also probably pretty stressed from the big new move, and it can take a few days before settling in. Giving her some time can help the transition.
Not at the moment; we're looking for a good breeder. As soon as we do, we'll let you know.
Thanks for asking. Unfortunately, due to the complexity of the work and liability issues, we don't have any volunteer opportunities.
Sorry, we don't. Check the Jewel right down the road, they might.
