The place was okay , the staff was friendly I will say. If you plan on checking out early, don’t. Stay for what you payed. I decided to checkout at 9am a day before my actual checkout since my flight was changed to an earlier date. I kindly asked if there was anything they could do for me but all they did was point fingers to online booking which then online booking pointed their fingers back at the radissons management and policies. I understand there are policies but if you’re gonna enforce them last minute at least let customers know ahead of time or include it on the main emails and reservations.

Positive: Location - very close to airport. Shuttle driver was prompt and courteous. Negative: No coffee in the lobby, $20 for early check-in (40m), and "lake view" is a view of the parking lot. If you place your cheek to the window and look far to your right you can see a sliver of water through the trees. Toilet did not flush/shower didn't drain.

Easy Access to Seatac. Clean comfortable rooms! Best ever staff. Kind courteous and helpful. Mark at front desk was knowledgeable and dealt with everyone in a very professional manner. Will be back again. I never have had a bad experience here but this trip was the best so far!

The employees are friendly & helpful. I have zero complaints re: the people that work here. However, the room was less than clean. The floors are all laminate & tile in the bathroom. The grout was dirty as was the main bedroom area with visible debris. No dresser in the bedroom area so no place to unpack or get organized. It was very sparse, which I understand in the days of Covid- but some open shelves perhaps? Too expensive for what this place provides.
