This location does not have a business center, but the staff is amazing, kind, friendly and knowledgeable. The design is allergy friendly, with clean floors and minimal allergens. The staff deserve all the kudos possible. Everyone was kind and accommodating. This is a great location in the middle of a lot of great business. Walking distance to so many great places especially the light rail which was fun. The bikes for rent are PERFECT for Seattle. Take one and make some time to enjoy the games.

Great location - a quick drive or walk to many attractions like the Space Needle or Pike Place and many restaurants nearby. A block away from some Amazon office buildings and the Spheres. Room was clean, comfortable, and had the usual amenities, plus a great bedside charger with 4 USB plugs. I was able to stream shows from my phone to the TV with no issues, and their channel selection had the basics plus movie channels (USA, TNT, TBS, sports, news, HBO, etc.) There's a cute little cafe downstairs that serves breakfast and coffee, and there's a small pantry offering chilled drinks and snacks 24/7. Staff was polite and friendly. Parking cost extra, but there were ample spots available. Would stay here again.

My boyfriend and I travel a lot and this has been one of the best hotels for customer service. They are consistently available at the front desk to provide waters and snacks. You get $10 drink/snack credit each day (which I used on coffee) and their coffee was yummy! Super friendly staff all around and everyone made sure to be accommodating. We actually had a bit of an accident in our room and they were happy to come clean it up immediately. Can’t say enough good things. Seattle has been their only location we have stayed at so far but we will definitely look for one any time we travel in the US. Highly recommend!!

The staff were AWESOME! Specifically Sara and the night girl (I'm so sorry I forgot your name). They were sweet and fun to talk to. We had to travel down to Seattle so my fiances medical procedures and decided to make it into an anniversary/honeymoon trip and everyone was so accommodating. We specifically asked for a room with a bathtub and they helped us out. It was so much fun and is located in such a central spot for everything we needed to do. I was a little bummed that the bar wasn't open but I know COVID messes everything up.The colors are fun and the beds were so comfy! 10/10 would stay again. :)
