Front desk was nice and helpful. Opened laundry room earlier when requested, however dryer took too long to dry. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was super simple, box apple pie and sunny d.

Positive: Rooms were large beds comfy. Fridge and microwave. Very decent room. About 15 mins from seattle and right next to taco bell. Negative: The breakfast was a gas station pie and some sunny d.

Positive: The location is very convenient. There is left turn lane in front of hotel. I could drive in this parking both way on big 99 road. Negative: Check in and breakfast, I had to access from window because I could not into front desk room. This was COVID-19 action. When I stayed here all days were rain.

+ Rueben provided great customer service, very professional and personable and helpful. + Housekeeping actually cleans your room during your stay which I haven’t experienced at all during the pandemic with my numerous hotel stays across the country. + Close to Greenlake park. Aurora is kinda sketchy but anywhere east or west of it is nice. - Unfortunately the day I checked out I found bed bug bites on me; super upsetting as I've never experienced this in all my travels and I'm scared to death of bringing bed bugs homes because apparently you have to burn your furniture to get rid of them.
