Absolutely, horrible experience with this property the other night. I made my reservation through Priceline and prepay, hours later I get a message stating there is a problem with my credit card (which I know there isn't). I call give them another credit card, they tell me that credit card was denied also and now my reservation has been cancelled. I go back online make another reservation and prepay with my original credit card on file no problem.

it was good , centarilzed , walking distance away from many site seeing places. very near to rail tracks. staff was very friendly and kitchen was also good.restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. only negative thing is homeless in neibourhood. it was an apartment and not purpose built hotel. good for families.

We had booked our stay with pelican many weeks prior to our arrival; Upon arrival after waiting for a key for about 2 hours we were informed that our room was NOT available due to previous damages. Myself and 3 others were left without a place to stay on a busy football weekend in seattle. They had no sympathy and did nothing to accomidate us. In the end we had to pay more than DOUBLE the cost for a hotel that was not in the location we had planned for. This was truly the worst experience any of us have ever dealt with. Had Pelican suites communicated and been transparent prior to our arrival we could have been prepared to look for alternate accomadation. We have never witnessed such unprofessionalism by a company before. ***AVOID BOOKING WITH PELICAN***

Reason for 1 stars. Card I booked the room with had 700 bucks worth of fraud, I was ok fraud happens. Then while checking in they wanted to see that card and my ID and I said that card is closed, he then says “oh yeah that happens all he time” I was like “people that check in have fraud?” So I had to give another card to pay him for parking. I haven’t used this card in over a year and sure enough a few days later more fraud charges on that card. Someone in the company is scamming card numbers. The kitchen was covered in ants tho and the toilets as not clean. I will say the apartment looked nice tho but with all those problems not worth the low price.

Questions & Answers

Is there a secure parking area?

Yes, there is a garage under the apartment complex. You have to request a parking pass prior to your stay and it costs an additional amount per night. We parked our car there for 3 nights without any problems.
