I’m traveling to egypt next month and the regulation for traveling is to have a vaccine with a qr code and here in California they dont issued a QR code for the vaccine and they also dont stamp the pcr test so my final option was to get the embassy

California does issue a QR code for covid vaccination. Go to myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov

I went to the embassy. You need to have the application your itinerary and a plane ticket and have the QR code for your test prior to leaving. They won't answer the phone. You can go there there on wilshire. Good luck
