The wait list is closed for studios and one bedroom apartments at LBSAC. No units are available for rent - if one becomes available it would be offered to the 500 - 600 names on the wait list. The wait list for 2 bedroom one bath apartments is open. Individuals are allowed to share a 2 bedroom. The rent for a 2 bedroom apartment at this writing is $1015 - $1090 depending on the unit location. The combined household income for any unit must be 2 times the amount of the rent. Only one service animal or pet is allowed per unit at LBSAC. It's possible that 2 people sharing an apartment that each have 1 service animal per person might be able to have 2 service animals in one unit, but, not 2 pets. Donna- the wait list for studios is closed. If a studio or 1 bd. is available for rent it is offered to the 500 name waitlist in order of their placement on the waitlist. Rents for studios or any size unit is based on where the persons income falls in the annual AMI LA County index.
