This is a review for Guillermo on the Hathaway maintenance team. I submitted an emergency request as my kitchen sink was expelling water from the drain and overflowing after I came home from work. He came by after hours around midnight to work the issue to completion. Appreciate the work and professionalism Guillermo!

I generally don't make a habit of writing reviews but I wanted to share with anyone reading that my experience at Hathaway apartments has been wonderful. From the time I've moved in, the service and consideration given by the management staff has been excellent. I had a few challenges with the apartments themselves but they were quickly resolved by Ashley Cochran and the management team. Ashley is especially exceptional with her warm personality and get it done attitude. One instance in particular exemplifies the level of service provided by Hathaway. My carport was leaking and they immediately put me into another spot. There was a mix-up on the spot I was supposed to be in and my car ended up being towed. Although it was no fault of Hathaways, they arranged to provide me a credit for the tow service and allowed me to detail my car to fix the minor damage caused by the leak. My car looks like new now and I got most of my money back from the tow company. I would highly recommend anybody interested to come to Hathaway and make it their home!

I’ll start by saying that the staff is great. I feel safe in the neighborhood and having parking is nice. The community is mostly quiet, but it is quite expensive for what you are getting. The apartments are not that big compared to others of the same price point. Utilities are not included in rent. It is not well kept for what we pay. The laundry rooms are always dirty. It costs almost $4 per load of laundry. If you have more than one person in your household then be prepared to spend a good portion just on laundry. The front gate is broken at least every other week. There are two pools and a hot tub but that is the extent of the amenities here. Every year on your renewal date, they will up your rent. If you are looking for a long term rental, this is probably not the best place to settle.
