Staff was nice except for Jordan who was very rude. I was waiting in line he leasing office for assistance and he came out and asked the receptionist if she was okay! Not if I was okay after what I have been through. Just like you see in the reviews there is a serious roach infestation. Roaches everywhere be sure you make them walk the apartment with you. They will say they are unaware of an issue but you can tell that they lying. Clearly people have came to the office upset which is why Jordan who is not skilled in creating positive or descaling a client experience ask if his staff was okay and not if the person who put down thousands of dollars to live in a roach coach is okay. There were just tooo many roaches for no one to have been made aware in every room. When I moved out they were in my things I am barely mentally recovering from being in that unit.

Smelly hallways with dirty carpets. Elevators that are always broken. Amenities out of order for extended periods of time.

It's sad, because my studio was cute, I felt pretty safe in the neighborhood (there's a high school and a large park across the street), and they have an underground parking garage. So, why two stars? THIS COMPLEX IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES. Not to mention, there was an ant and spider problem. I moved out in 2017 after living there for 18 mos. Before I moved in, I read reviews about the roaches and saw peoples' photos. But I thought how bad could it be? It was bad. From the very first night, I had an 18-month war with roaches in my apartment. They came up through the baseboards, from below the front door, and they were even in the refrigerator and freezer. Gross! There were large (usually dead) roaches in the halls of the 1st floor. At least I only had small ones, I'm sure the folks on the first floor had the big ones. I kid you not...the entire time I lived there, I did NOT open my window for fear of roaches getting in. I had them crawl across my bed, crawl right by my feet, it was TERRIBLE. I treated my apt with boric acid, which made things MUCH better. When I was moving out, they came to check the condition of my apartment. The leasing agent asked what the white powder was along the walls. When I told her it was for roaches, she acted surprised! Like noooo one had ever complained about roaches other than me. 😂 Yeah, right! As I say, I moved in 2017.i really hope they've rectified this problem, because that was the only bad thing about living there, but it was enough to make me move.

I have been here almost one year and really enjoy where I live. The office personnel are really nice, informative, and helpful. When I call a real person answers the phone and when I come into the office they always say hello and have the answers to my questions. The pool is clean and nice and other residents are respectful. Parking has never been a problem for me.
