Good Bubbles - great service. We showed up on an extremely hot day over 40C (110F) I believe. They only had in house seating which was full but they squeezed us in for a 45min tasting. They only serve sparkling wines here which is a treat to try everything done the champenoise method. Have a try of their flight which include a pinot noir very nice a rose and a red. Price point is very reasonable. Not champagne ? You can always do the mimosa vertical :) . Champagne with fruit juice . Have some bubbles and enjoy the vista.

We can't drive through the area without stopping at Treveri. I LOVE their Riesling and always have to take some home. Steve took excellent care of us yesterday, as usual. Carrie too.

The bubbles are poppin' 🍾 - and Treveri is so special. Writing in about Derek and what a stellar host/server/ambassador he is. Spent two lovely hours this evening, enjoying bubbles on bubbles and pretzel boards and ribs. And yep, I'm literally writing this from a bubble bath now. What can I say? I was inspired. The sunset views are incredible, and you sorta forget that I-82 is right there. Thanks again, Derek!

My husband and I enjoyed our 2nd visit here yesterday. (The first time was back in Aug 2019, our server then was amazing at explaining the sparkling wine choices). Alexis greeted us and let us know we could choose anywhere to sit. I asked about the igloos they had set up outside, hoping we could sit in one. She let us know that they were by reservation only. Mind you we were the only people there (even up until leaving). So I would recommend to call before hand, it's free to reserve. We ordered a cheese tray, 2 wine flights, and 1 white cran mimosa. Everything tasted great. All the tables are currently decorated for Valentines day. Tyler was our second server who was kind and more attentive. He also took the time to explain the "Bubble Club" to us. We loved all the wines, especially Gewürztraminer, and purchased 2 with a bottle stopper. I'm excited to receive my bottles later on in the year. They'll be able to ship to us in Virginia! My favorite thing at the end of our visit was this beautiful vineyard cat. He/she came up to us but was shy and kept their distance following cdc guidelines. :D
