Absolutely 5+ stars. Management went above and beyond trying to get my driver loaded on a snowy day. I thank everyone that came out to help! God bless you all and keep your families safe!

I arrived early to insure on time pickup, however they were very late in getting me into a dock well past my appointment time. Signs say they will load 1 hour early or up to 1 hour later than your appointment time if you're late for your appointment. It was 2 hours past my appointment time. Why make appointments if you can't keep them. We drivers have a limited drive clock each day, additional sitting while the clock is ticking away is time drivers do not get paid for. 2 stars lost for inefficiency
