Needed fuel. 1st pump pulled up to, couldn't read display. Next 2 were bagged off, couldn't use. 4th was indicating a cr02 error on display - whatever that was but wasn't bagged. Success at #15, but then no paper so needed to go inside for a receipt. While there, #9 also needed a receipt. Out of 20 dispensers, 6 are having issues.. Cashier, unreadable name tag (Mama perhaps) had typical blank stare one has come to expect now. Other cashier had to walk her through the process (push print receipt).

I feel extremely uncomfortable with the fact of your Cashiers demanding my ID to swipe in your system. It’s unfair and I’m going to report your Corporation to the Attorney Generals Office. I don’t mind being ID’d. However, to swipe my PERSONAL STATE ISSUED DRIVERS LICENSE and enter it into your system is a bit intrusive. Identify Theft is huge in TEXAS and I feel violated. Why do you guys do that? I know that you have to ID per the State. However, a woman with gray hair and wrinkles can’t possibly be 21-25. It’s wrong. No one else does this but your company. 💔

Corporate should be notified of the manager and employees making their own rules. They will not honor circle k policy of buy 2 and save more. The employee deliberately did not hit the save button during my purchase because she says I have a coupon. Her manager told her I can't use both. What both? Circle k has a promotion, and I have a coupon. So It's my belief that this is false advertising and I will contact corporate on Monday. The employee then began to argue with me. So if u got to circle k remember they don't stand behind their slogan. Try Murphy's!
