Well, to be fair we have had some run ins with the service people but overall everyone at City Light has been great. We are in the process of remodeling a couple houses in Skyway. Have had to have power dropped and reattached, tree limbs cut, a new power meter, inspections etc. Lots of activity with the power company and truely everyone has given excellent timely service. A special shout out to Laurent Delsuc who is our rep for the south end. Overall from our expansive service experience, Seattle City Light has proven to be reliable, expedient, and caring. Thank you! You have made one less headache of these remodels. Also a shout out to Davey Tree Surgery who contracts with City Light

Horrible, been calling for a week to schedule a digital meter to be pulled because now apparently if we do it ourselves we are subject to a hefty fine, so we have to pay them to do it.... so we have to pay them to do it but it is impossible to schedule.
