I've been helping a client try to get his mail and this post office just doesn't want to do there job at all this is frustrating they just send there and wont even look up anything to see if the mails going to the right place

If I could give a zero star review I would! Many times now the packages haven’t arrived or you guys have lied about trying to even deliever. One package was found months later shoved into a time clock box that isn’t part of my property. You pay 15+ for something to be sent in time but you guys are too lazy to actually do your jobs. I will be contacting corporate and better business. Three times now I have been home and got an email from amazon saying attempted delivery when you guys haven’t even been on my road let alone to my house!

I hate that when I order on line they use the post office!!! Package can NEVER be delivered because there’s no one home. There’s someone ALWAYS home. They just don’t deliver. Frustrating!!!

The lady who normally works there is friendly, competent and very helpful. When she is gone the service goes downhill. The girl working on 1/30/17 at 4 pm could not send a certified letter to the IRS because the scale was "broken". She could not log on to the other scale, could not figure out how to work the computer to get around the scale problem. Her only solution was that I might make it to another post office before 5 pm, and said there was nothing she could do about sending the letter to the IRS certified mail. How nice - good thing I had an extra day before the deadline!
