Second time I’ve asked to withdraw money to do some laundry. Every time they gave me a roll of quarters, turns out they are putting Canadian coins in the roll. Not happy at all with this particular bank.

Refused to give me change. All I wanted was to break my 50 into 2x20 & 2x5. Teller proceeded to interrogate me w/ nonsensical questions after I waited in line for quite a while...only to be refused because I didn't have my card/ID (I lost my wallet). The 50 was pulled out of THEIR ATM (using card free ATM access code) so the risk of counterfeit bills shouldn't be the issue...unless they think their own ATM contains fake bills...such a waste of my time, and time is money!

3 girls just gossiping around while we costumers wait to be attended.. only 1 girl working.. the others didn't even bother to ask if you need help. Once i get helped. Another few issues once i get helped.. bad bad..

I visited Wells Fargo this past Tuesday evening around 645. Although they close at 7, I was helped immediately. The first face I seen was a teller and her name was Elizabeth? I'm really bad with names but she had a nice, comforting smile and helped me with no rush. I walked inside the office to speak with a bank about opening my account that had been closed for overdraft reasons. I had a seat and someone brought me water immediately and I was very happy about that since I had just walked 20 minutes to get there. Literally a minute after waiting, Trisha started to help me out. I was very relieved how fast and how helpful she was. It was already almost closing time and no one seemed to mind how late I went in. I accidentally went in $5 short so they said I would have to come in tomorrow. I didn't mind at all because they were so nice about it. Trisha introduced me to her manager & coworker, Edgar, since he would be the one helping me out the next day. After paying for one account, I was all set to leave for the day. I definitely left with relief since I was getting my account back! I also felt very satisfied with the way everyone spoke and treated me. The next day, I arrived around 3 for my appointment. Immediately again, I was helped by Edgar. Both Trisha & Edgar treated me with respect and kept their promise to open back my account. I was indeed a little worried I wouldn't be able to, but in the end they did! I am very grateful for how professional and genuine they were. While I was sitting speaking to him, the manager greeted me and remembered my name. I felt so good because Wells Fargo is literally the only place where they remember my name lol I love that! After about 15 minutes or so, we had finished what I went in for. Thank goodness for such a fast, easy bank like Wells fargo. I am very ecstatic to be a customer once again! Thank you.

Yes they have reopened for business, but they are still practicing the proper COVID guidelines, so in terms of services beyond teller transactions you may want to call and make an appointment.
