We had a delightful time at The Raymond restaurant for a birthday dinner. The service to get to our table was a bit slow and the wait staff was not able to tell us what a few menu items were but the food and ambiance was great. The salad was refreshing but the vinaigrette could have a bit more tang to offset the fruit in the salad. The seabass and short rib were cooked to perfection and they even brought out two desserts for our birthday celebration.

Menu is ok. Food is good but pricey. Could use a little more variety. Their Old Fashioned is one of the best in the area though! Ambiance is great. Perfect date spot, especially outside next to the fireplace.

Wonderful ambiance. Excellet custom craft cocktails. We orderee the veal bolognese, sea bass, and had the steal tartare. I can not choose which part of the meal was best. It was all devine. The entire menu was proper. We will be back.

Where to start? I was so looking forward to dining here is you dining here, Because of its history. I was greatly disappointed. I was there for a company dinner, we were 13 people seated outside. The server assigned to us was very inexperienced. They should have given her more help. Or assigned us someone more veteran. I'm trying to be understanding, as I know that because of the pandemic it's hard to find help. Don't usually post negative reviews. But the service was so bad I had to. While I didn't pay for my dinner, the company did shell out a lot of money. Our server even argued with Someone in my party as to what their dessert order was. Being a vegetarian, I also know that there are not good options for me at a places like this period the Brussels sprouts were excellent, the salad was good, the bread was good. The vegan bolganese was awful. Flavors and portion sizes Could be improved. The dessert was good but the portion size on the cake with small also, especially for what the cost is.
