If I could give a no stars I would ! Please don't waste your time in this clinic. It is VERY unorganized and unprofessional and always seems to have a new system and issues with it! You will be on hold for a long time only to have them hang up on you. They do not call or message to remind of appointments or even to confirm. they will refer you to out of network clinics, and the DRs don't even spend anytime talking to you or show any real concern for their patients. Please call your insurance and ask for a better provider because this place is a JOKE.

This is not a good facility to come too. The staff are incompetent and no one returns your calls. You will never get your prescriptions sorted out and this facility should be reported to medical / Medicare for the worst service.

This is insane!!! These guys do not know what they are doing. Here is the list of issues I had (chronologically): 1. They misspell my name and put wrong date of birth which created problems with referrals. Furthermore I had ask then to corrected twice after I discovered that my second referral still had wrong information even though they claimed that they fixed it. 2. The person who conducted the examination, I cannot call them a doctor since they clearly did not know some relatively basic things about X-Ray, wrote me only one X-Ray referral even though I was supposed to get 2 one for shoulder and another for wrist. When I brought it up to him that I'm missing one, he said that when they X-Ray the shoulder it will also do the wrist, which is totally wrong. I actually went to X-Ray imaging and got confirmation from them that I do need separate referral for the wrist, and took that as prove to the "doctor", then he wrote another referral. 3. The whole purpose of visiting the establishment was to get referrals for X-Rays and a specialists, and they even messed that up by referring me to out of network provides in both cases. In the end I found the doctors in insurances network and made them write the referral to correct providers. The most "Hilarious" thing was that one of the in network providers was literally next door, like you walk out of their building and next building to the west was the in network provider that I needed, but they referred to some place miles away. 4. When I tried to pay them via my insurance company via CHC they declined. As I figured out in point 5, it is because they do not have facility to process credit or debit cards. 5. As result I literally walked to their office thinking to pay with debit card, and that is when they told me that do not accept credit or debit cards, only checks or cash. 6. Now, I made a payment via my HSA bank's Bill Pay 1.5 month ago. I called today to them to make sure that it was processed, and then have not. They have not processed my payment for over a month and there is not even a proof that they received it. Now I have to worry if they lost the check my bank sent them. Note: I would have payed cash, but since I use HSA account that makes it more complicated for tax purposes. Stay away from this place. As some one else already pointed out here on google review, they are completely disorganized and incompetent.

bad doctors. didn't take my blood pressure, didn't take my weight, didn't take my height. gave me a depression screening test then never gave me results. didn't let me speak about my back pain. blamed it on my "posture". back problems that I've had for years.... blamed on my posture. great fake diagnoses. no xrays were taken. no clear instructions were given. she only took my heartbeat, mouth, ears, a blood test, and a piss sample. that was all. wasn't even a real physical like i planned. horrible service. doctor seemed in a rush. if it meant that much to you to clock out you could've called in sick. won't be coming back here. you would think for a clinic, y'all would know how to do your jobs. sad.
